Therefore, enterprises in China will respond to national calls and carry high-tech goods to the countries along “the Belt and Road”. Xuqiang said that, different from China, Communications Industries in Russia mainly produce optical cables but are lack of the technologies for optical fiber and optical wand, which is the chance for enterprises in China to fill gaps of communications Industries in Russia and win the market of optical fiber and optical wand with high-end products made in China.

   Xuqiang pointed out that about 50 percent of national optical fiber cable enterprises are in Jiangsu province, including up to 200 optical fiber cable enterprises and 800 relevant enterprise of this industrial chain, whose output has accounted for 30 percent of the national output in this field. Wujiang optical cable industry, with its development of 30 years, has accumulated deep industrial basis of optical fiber cable and had its own development advantage, which includes a group of famous optical fiber cable enterprises and its complete industrial chain. The output value of Wujiang optical cable industry has exceeded RMB 50,000,000,000 and its output of optical fiber cable has accounted for 30 percent of the national one in 2015.
